Please you tell us a little bit about yourself and what you do in your business at the moment?
Arvin: I help entrepreneurs hack their success.
What is your personal life like?
Arvin: Single and travel a lot.
What challenges do you face in balancing your business and your personal life?
Arvin: One of the best decisions I made in my life was to monetize what I would ideally do on a daily basis. In other words, my business and personal life very much intertwined. Business "doesn't feel like work".
One challenge I sometimes have is to constantly question routines and strategies that have worked for me in the past. By the way, that is the core of my business also.
How do you handle those challenges?
Arvin: I stay non-attached to the outcome and reframe change as something beautiful and meaningful. My accountability partner is also very helpful in providing me with alternative perspectives.
How do you manage stress in your life?
Arvin: My built in morning, afternoon and evening routines help me a lot. Specifically, meditation, counting gratitude and staying on my awesome diet help me manage stress in my life.
What is your key for maintaining that balance and staying healthy and vibrant? How do you stay on track?
Arvin: All the above and out of all those, Mediation and Ketogenic diet and visualization are the most important ones.
I have surrounded myself by coaches and mentors also.
What are your goals for the rest of this year?
Arvin: Launching two online programs one about getting mentorship by world-class people and the other one is about peak performance diet. Very excited!!
What’s your favorite quote?
Arvin: "In every work of genius we recognize our own rejected thoughts: they come back to us with a certain alienated majesty" ~ Self Reliance by Ralph Waldo Emerson
Who inspires you? Who are your role models?
Arvin: Cale A., Jairek R., Eric W. and Grant C. are my role models right now. There are a lot of people who inspire me on a daily basis in my inner circle Matt H., Hildy W, Lukas H., Tom M., Michael R., Ken V., Joseph V, the list goes on. From my outer circle, Robert Greene, Tim Ferris, Lewis Howes the list goes on also. Some of my clients inspire me a lot also!
What book are you currently reading and why? What do you hope to learn by reading it?
Arvin: The Power of Self-Discipline by Brain Tracy. I chose this book partly because one of my clients is struggling with self-discipline and he is not the only one on the planet earth!
I hope you enjoyed reading this interview!
To your health!
